    I know y’all have a lot of tickets to answer, I’m just looking for an update on refund and curious if there’s anyone else that can process this refund besides our busy @Middleman . All I need is credits applied to my account. I’ve won the dispute thus there is nothing else to do but refund me. @Middleman replied to me in 3 way asking why I’m canceling order a few moments after @Help tagged him here saying review and process refund. Am I supposed to repeat this whole dispute over with him in the 3 way? I’m confused. @Help thanks for your help thus far but now I ask you please brother can you ask middleman privately or anyone capable to process my refund. Thank you brother.

    09/25/20 is was refunded the total paid for account. 09/26/20 I requested to withdraw credits via Zelle and have yet to receive an update on status of return. Any help would be appreciated.

    It’s been 3 months now, this is truly shameful. I noticed y’all have blocked my mobile device from being able to contact your live chat. Another hint of fraud. If you think I’m going to give up on getting my money back from this very shady fraudulent company, your wrong. Respectfully this is embarrassing. You threaten to not give me my money back for spamming which was the only way I could get a reply from mm and still hasn’t completed the transaction. I don’t want to waste my time bringing a lawyer into this simple transaction, but I will if I have too. You cannot use someone’s patience like this especially in a time of COVID-19 where people have family members and family matters to deal with.
