PlayerUp Middleman Services will never contact you through e-mail, discord, steam, facebook, telegram, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. If somebody contacts you offsite claiming they are from PlayerUp, it is a scam.

What is your middleman membership?
This free service will allow you to upgrade one account to MM status which will add multiple features and benefits to your account. Buyers with MM status have a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum account. For more information view this link or view all benefits
How do I complete a trade through your middleman services?
1). Trader (1) creates a thread providing details on what they'll be trading away.
2). Trader (2) replies to this thread providing details on what they'll be trading away.
3). Trader (1) or Trader (2) pays the Clash of Clans Transactions Middleman Trade Fee or All Other Games Middleman Trade Fee
4). Trader (1) or (Trader (2) contacts Middleman Support
5). We create a private and 3 way conversation ticket with Trader (1) and Trader (2)
6). Trader (1) releases their account information to @Middleman through the Private Conversation Ticket
7). Trader (2) releases their account information to @Middleman through the Private Conversation Ticket
8). We verify and change the account information for both accounts, and then release the account information to both parties privately.
9). During this process, we will communicate and guide both the Buyer and Seller.
10). Transaction completed
What account information do I receive?
The seller is responsible for providing all account information in order for the buyer to take full control of the account. PlayerUp will instruct the seller on specifically what information the buyer will need as each game varies.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
Sellers will typically state how long it will take to deliver in their description. In the event that the seller fails to deliver on time, and the buyer no longer wishes to wait for the seller , the buyer may cancel the transaction (refund fee may apply). We will then automatically process the buyer's refund within 1 to 5 calendar days and the buyer will immediately be able to leave feedback on the seller. Any refund fees are issued back to you in a form of a PlayerUp Credit.
What are your refund fees?
0.0% to 12.5%. Refund fees only apply if we are billed fees ourselves. Most payment methods we use to process payments aren't subject to any refund fees.
Does the seller send the game account information to me directly?
No. After completing your middleman purchase, we will update the seller and instruct him/her directions on how to transfer their game account information to the buyer.
What if the seller is unwilling to use your middleman service?
We offer a FREE platform for sellers. We will never require a seller to use our optional middleman services.
What happens if you believe a seller could be fraudulent?
We have the right to terminate any middleman agreement if we believe a party involved with the transaction could be fraudulent.
What are insurance packages?
All products are partially guaranteed after the transaction has been completed. Optional insurance packages fully guarantee you after the transaction. Insurance can be purchased upon checking out or before the payment has been released to the seller. Insurance protects and compensates you if a problem happens to your product after the transaction has been completed. Insurance will provide you compensation if you aren't at fault and we are unable to completely restore access to your damaged game account. Once your investigation has been completed, we will provide credit to you for the full amount you paid which will compensate you for your loss without any additional wait time.
What are partially guaranteed transactions?
All products are partially guaranteed after the transaction has been completed. Partially guaranteed transactions provide you with full after sale support for life where we'll assist you at the best of our ability to resolve all disputes. If the other party is unable to resolve your dispute, we will explore enforcing the sellers agreement pursing legal routes to resolve all disputes. Additionally, we will explore options for the buyer such as partial or full credit for the amount you paid which will compensate you for your loss which could require additional wait time.
What bonus do I receive when I use your middleman service?
All buyers receive a Verified Seal, a $20 value free when using our middleman service.
What countries do you support?
We currently support ALL countries if you decide to use our optional middleman services.
Do I need to register before using your middleman services?
No. However we will create an account for you if you don't have one once the buyers payment has been verified.
What are your fees for using your middleman services?
We offer a FREE platform for buyers which includes multiple features. Click here to view all features. Buyers who use our optional middleman service are charged a small 2% to 4% per transaction fee which is included upon paying for your purchase.
What are your age requirements?
Both parties involved with a middleman transaction are required to be above the age of 18. If a party involved with the transaction is below the age of 18, a legal guardian will need to represent the agreement for the under-aged party.
Do you use KiK, Skype, or another messenger service?
No. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons. Anyone who attempts to contact you through a 3rd party messenger claiming they are us is fraudulent.
