Hi guys, I have a question regarding legacy prestige. I see more and more players with legacy prestige cosmetics in my rounds. It was very very rare to see people with legacy prestige but for example yesterday I saw 3 people with it. When I look at their profile I notice that the steam join date (>2016) doesn't line up with when it was possible to get it. Does this mean they have gotten it through #?
