Hello, I'm new to this site. I don't understand what's going on. I thought I had a successful sale and transfer to my MM wallet. I did a request for a cashout 5+ days ago. I have an active conversation thread saying it would happen in 1 to 96 hours but it's way beyond that. The money hasn't been transferred to my paypal account. And it says my wallet is empty now. And no one is answering. Sorry if these all seem like stupid questions but when it takes longer than promised, I start to freak out. And no answers here or in the conversation or in the support forum to even say if they will help. It's all very confusing. Please help. I just want to be done. Thanks.
