What is this feature? This feature allows you to open multiple inbox conversation pop out replies on one screen. Similar to the gmail e-mail platform, this makes it easier to navigate through different conversation messages. By using this feature, you can switch easily to chat with as many people in the same time as you want. How does it work? When you click on your inbox icon, the system will display conversations inside a box at the right corner of screen. You then click and choose which conversations you want displayed.
