    The base is mature. Walls are all LVL 17+. The only thing I slacked on was Generals. Generals all Lvl 40 or less. Not a big deal as they upgrade quickly. The price is negotiable. But this appears to be the low end value for this base. Many comparable bases are listed much higher. Make me an offer.

    The reason I lowered the price is that the Museum development is behind. This is now a take it or leave it price. It’s a very mature base. Lvl 333, with now mostly 18+ walls.
