So I recently upgraded my phone I had no idea about the transfer ID. So I redownloaded the app and I had to start fresh. I have my old suppourt ID bc I did take a screen shot of it. Is there a way of recovering the account ? Has anyone else delt with this?
Wrong place to post this but i had the same problem. Just Contact [email protected] or [email protected] and list your In-Game Name, Your ID, Device you're using and what Model. They'll ask for that afterwards but better to just get it over with in one shot, took me a week to recover mine. Good luck
