Resolved fake feedback without any deal

    This person ( https://www.playerup.com/trade/6ixty7vn.1751827/ ) had bought from us through the site
    We have written in our description that if you want to make a purchase, let us know before purchasing to ensure the availability of the service.
    But this person did not inform and made the purchase, now the intermediary has returned his money, but this person wants to defraud us and gave us a negative opinion and you say that if you want to remove the feedback, you should give me a free service!

    I dont see how this is fake feedback.

    Lets get a few things straight.

    I did message you before I purchased, on all of your available platforms, telegram, discord, WhatsApp and on site with no response. I then decided I've had enough of waiting days and proceeded to buy it as I knew I was covered by the middleman service here.

    Once I purchased I then messaged you again on all platforms to let you know I'd made the purchase and to see if an when you could deliver what I'd paid for. I got no response at all for well over a week my money was then just sat in limbo.

    Eventually it then led to the MM getting involved and cancelling the order as there had been complete radio silence on all platforms. My review is justified as it's an accurate account of the experience I faced which to be quite honest was absolutely awful at best. You then decided to message me on discord begging me to remove the review, even offering to pay me to remove it. This as far as im concerned is very shady behaviour, trying to pay off justified reviewers just because they are negative when that is exactly the experience I had when trying to buy a product from you.

    Regardless of whether i got my money back or not which rightly so as I would have essentially been scammed if not, your lack of communication for an unjustifiable amount of time and shady approach to the review after the fact is reason enough for it to stay to warn others that this is potentially the experience they may face when dealing with you.

    So dont you dare try and claim im trying to defraud you as that simply is not the case, if the transaction was dealt with in a timely manner and was actually received then you would have had a positive review but clearly that wasn't the case.

    Trying to pay off justified complaints defeats the point of having a review system if you think you can manipulate it so easily.

    We have written in the description of our post that you must send a message before ordering to make sure that this service is still available
    If you have given us a message, I don't know that you did this after the purchase!
    Meanwhile, you canceled the order and got your money back from the middleman
    After your order was canceled, you gave me a negative feedback and you sent me a message that if you want your negative feedback to be deleted, you should send me a free members on my discord server !

    In the meantime (we currently have problems on the site, which is the middleman in the flow of all these problems, if your order is not completed, there are more than 3 or 4 solid reasons! )

    Feedback will remain as you reported this as "fake" when it's not.

    The user had a genuine experience with you. You should do better with your customers to avoid these issues.

    1. You can respond to the customers feedback posting your own reply.
    2. You can resolve your customers issue and have him retract the feedback.
