    T3's are Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Deadpool, Captain America, Star-Lord, Sharon Rogers, Ant-Man and Captain Marvel
    Odin, Jean, Cyclops, Black Widow, Luna Snow, Spider-Man, Winter Soldier all have their gears at 25 and are ready to T3 (I just got Odin's last gear finished today and plan to T3 him next)
