I sold to @Mikecf2 an account and he accused me about delete it, when is demonstrated that he deleted it and tried scam me requesting a refund. This account had the problem that I resold it by error, something normal when managing hundreds of accounts, and we noticed the error when another guy, named @TheSuds15 appeared. He got another account as compensation, almost 2 times better than the one he had, and he is currently happy playing this account. @TheSuds15 published a negative feedback, already removed by himself, because @Mikecf2 told him the same false thing and he decided believe him, as the refund was in process. After he accepted that @Mikecf2 is who deleted the account, he got another account as compensation, better than the one he had, with more content and 50% more mods than the previous, and selling it can get 2 times more money than the value of the lost account. @TheSuds15 already removed the negative feedback and is 100% happy with the account, so the problem is 100% solved. @Mikecf2 had the account for sale, but when this problem happened, he decided continue playing the account and 1 month later he deleted it. I think is because the wife was not happy with him, she said would delete the account if he not sells it, but after this problem he decided continue playing, so probably the wife was disturbing him and he decided delete the old Discord user, delete the account and create a new Discord user, thinking it would delete all previous conversations with me, to not be able to demonstrate it and force me to do a refund. Instead of try to sell it, he decided try to get a quick money, requesting a fraudulent refund, so I'm not only reporting @Mikecf2 as someone who published a fake feedback, I'm reporting him also as a scammer, so should be permanently banned, PlayerUp can't allow this attitude, he is a confirmed scammer. Which is the chance that I did it during these 2 minutes precisely? On 13 July 2025 is when @TheSuds15 appeared and we noticed about his access and the error, so from 13 July 2025 to 15 September 2025 (when the account got deleted) is exactly 64 days. The chance that during these 64 days I deleted the account precisely in these 2 minutes (between the deletion of the account and the creation of the new Mikecf's Discord user) is 0.002% chance, as is 1440 (minutes per day, 24x60), multiplied by 64 is 92160, divided by the 2 minutes is 1 chance of 46080, but if add the fact that a normal player plays only 2 hours per day, 2 divided by 24 is only 8% chance that precisely he was playing on that time, so the chance that I did it precisely in these 2 minutes is reduced to 1 chance of 576000, which is 0.0002%, so the chance that I not did it is 99.9998%, so is easier win the lottery than do it precisely when he was creating a new Discord user. To understand this chance, if you play everyday the lottery with a chance of 1 of 576000, you need play during 1578 years to win the lottery. This is the low chance that I did it. So we can confirm that is 99.9998% sure that Mikecf2 is who deleted the account, not TheSuds15 or some previous owner, as I did also the previous sale and I deleted all access from the previous owner, I did that sale on 30 July 2023, removing his access on Android Google Play and iOS Game Center, checking the guest accounts also, I have the videos as proof, so has been 2 years since then and TheSuds15 never noticed an access, so is almost 100% sure that Mikecf2 did it, 99.9998% sure. Mikecf2 never contacted me and delayed 1 month to report it @Mikecf2 accused me about delete the account with no proof. All he did during these months is publish conversations about an human error that already got resolved with @TheSuds15 These conversations the only thing that proof is that I did an human error, that's all. He is accusing me about scam him, when he not has a single proof about this is not an human error, demonstrating that he is a very bad person also. He is calling me scammer with no proof and lying constantly, saying, with no proof again, that I did the same things a lot of times, when I'm a seller with a perfect reputation, 183 positive feedbacks currently, only 1 negative, from him, no one else published a negative feedback, he is the only one. I'm a PlayerUp seller since January 2017, soon will be 10 years doing this activity. I sold more than 2500 SWGoH accounts, so I have 5000 satisfied costumers and no one reported something bad against me. He is lying constantly witn no proof about all he says against me. A normal person would contact to me first of all. He created a new Discord user in less than 2 minutes after the account was deleted, so the normal thing would be use this new Discord user to contact me. But he was planning the scam since then, as a normal person not creates a new Discord user in 108-118 seconds after the account gets deleted, a normal person reloads the game (30 seconds), tries connect/disconnect Game Center (his platform, 1 minute), tries relink it by EA (30 seconds), so all these actions, plus the time required to open Discord and create the new user (1,5 or 2 minutes), would delay much more than 2 minutes, probably 3 or 4 minutes. The only way to get the account deleted and in less than 2 minutes create a new Discord user, is be a scammer planning a scam. And not only he never contacted me, he delayed 1 month to report it, on 09 October 2025 is when I received his negative feedback, which got deleted by @Hulk and he republished it. The account got deleted on 15 September 2025, he reported it on 09 October 2025, 28 days later. A normal person would report it immediately, the same day, contacting me first, as he was active playing everyday, but he never contacted me and delayed almost 1 month to report it. He has been planning the scam, getting the help of @TheSuds15 and @Sorvi (a Russian competitor who likes expl0it the rules and destroy the reputation of other sellers). They published together a fake report, all threads got merged in >>this thread<<. He thought that publishing all these 3 users the same report at same time would be more chance to get a refund. After publish the negative feedback he created a new Discord group with @TheSuds15 to try to get a double refund. In this same thread you can check that @Mikecf2 never replied my proof. He never explained why he created a new Discord user just after the deletion of the account, when he already had another user. He lied saying that he deleted the old Discord user after the deletion of the account, so is a nonsense delete the old Discord and create a new one instead of use the same. Mikecf2 never replied about these proof and never told why he not contacted me directly and why accused me about delete the account with no proof, when TheSuds15 is an anonymous for him, without reputation, and I was a trusted seller with 160 positive feedbacks on that moment, 0 negative, currently 183 positive, and he already bought me 2 accounts in the past, on October 2023 and August 2024, he never had problems with these accoutns, so the normal thing would be think that TheSuds15 is who did it, not me, or at least contact me and give me some chance to explain it, give me the benefit of the doubt, the presumption of innocence, only a scammer would do that, a normal person not does that thing.
