    On September 13, 2025, I sent a payment of $30.90 USD to Joseph Logan using my Visa card. The payment was made in good faith for goods/services that were agreed upon. However, the seller failed to deliver the goods as promised. Despite taking the payment, I have not received anything in return. The other party did not block me, but has not fulfilled their end of the transaction. At this time, I am out $30.90 with nothing received, and I am seeking a refund or resolution through this dispute.
