No matter how much you throw insults, threats or empty accusations, you still cannot dispute the facts. Sorvi laid all these facts out. You have no answers to them and all you do is harp on Sorvi bumping threads which is a tactic to distract. To recap: 1.You fraudulently sold an account to two people (at least) and ruined it after who knows how many people had access. 2. You also keep track of all the accounts you sell and wait for inactivity like you did to suds to steal it back and take into your own guild!! Then list it! 3. You have taken forever to pay back Suds, if this was a “mistake” you would have paid him immediately. 4. You have taken no accountability or shown any remorse for your crimes yes that’s what they are criminal. Proof: You can see that this account got inactive since 33 days ago, and got a random name, it happens when is deleted. In his swgoh.gg profile is possible check he was active playing it and 33 days ago got inactive. 3) He reported it on 09 October 2025, so delayed 28 days to report it, an entire month. No one does it, someone who got deleted an account would report it immediately, not 1 month later, which confirms that he has been thinking about this scam since long time ago or maybe 1 month later he thought is possible recover the money that he lost because of his wife by this way, with a fake report. If was not him or his wife who deleted the account, he should have reported it earlier, should not be valid report it 1 month later. 4) Suds has nothing to do with this case, he not deleted the account or very low chance that he did. We have a pending refund which will be solved in next days, we will solve it between us if he accepts that Mikecf2 is the responsible of this deletion and is open to help, removing the fake feedbacks, because are fake as I demonstrated, so will do the same that does PlayerUp when gets some negative feedback on TrustPilot or currently on complaints board or Reddit, which is wait the fake feedbacks be removed and then send the refund, when he wants we can start, so is not my problem if he is not contributing, as is not replying my messages on Discord, so is hard solve this thing when this guy is not open to talk with me directly. 5) He deleted his Discord user, as you can see in the first video, and he created a new one recently to talk us again and start this scam. All of these are correct. He never apologized. He listed the account, I saw it and he confirmed it was available and took my money knowing it wasn't his. He told me it was his. It was in his guild and gave me a # to keep it in. It was there until he closed the guild. This was no error. He kept tabs on the accounts and has all the info. He was supposed to pay suds months ago and I was to keep the account and like I said it was crashing and having issues etc. which tells me someone was on it and I know it wasn’t suds because we had stayed in contact. Then it was gone. The way he treated me I was never planning on dealing with this again and figured a video game wasn’t worth all of the drama. I totally left gaming. This was a horrible experience all due to this. I am older and in all my years I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism and quite frankly bullying to be honest. No remorse. No one deletes an account once the account is deleted, the first thing would do someone who is not scammer is contact me, but I not received messages about him saying the account got deleted, he not event said a message saying that maybe Suds is who did it or some previous owner, he said directly that I am who did it, so delete the Discord user and say directly that I did it without contact me is another very good proof that he or his wife is who did it, he has been thinking about how to scam me, requesting a refund about an account deleted by him or his wife. Now how he is saying that he completely forgot about it after get deleted, but he appeared 1 month later and is writing a new message every hour, he started a group with Suds and wrote a lot of text, he sent 2 negative feedbacks, here and on EpiicNPC, so it seems he is very interested to make this scam, not seems someone who forgot about it LOL if someone forget about it, not appears again and be as active to try it. If was true that got deleted by someone who is not him, his wife or his kid, then he should have reported it immediately, not 1 month later. Now I have the proof about himself saying that the deletion was going to happen, was going to be deleted by his wife, so is very clear, and another proof that he deleted his Discord user, never talked with me about it, when also was possible that Suds or other persons did it and he bought me another 2 accounts and never had problems with it, the normal thing was contact me directly, but he deleted the Discord user instead and appeared again 1 month later saying fake things. To prevent the buyers lose money, in accounts I own I offer an insurance forever, if something happens they get another account as good or better, or a refund, most of times has been an account better, so they got happy with it and they not had problems again. Always that a deletion happened, the first thing that the player did is contact me. And after it appers the part that he says is going to delete the account. 2) Mikecf2's account got deleted by his wife or himself on 16 September 2025. Proof: You can see that this account got inactive since 16 September 2025, and got a random name, it happens when is deleted. No one does it, someone who got deleted an account would report it immediately, not 1 month later, which confirms that he has been thinking about this scam since long time ago or maybe 1 month later he thought is possible recover the money that he lost because of his wife by this way, with a fake report. The chance that during these 64 days I deleted the account precisely in these 2 minutes is 0,002% chance, as is 1440 (minutes per day, 24x60), multiplied by 64 is 92160, divided by the 2 minutes is 1 chance of 46080, so is easier win the lotery lol as the chance is 0,002%, so for sure I not deleted the account as is impossible do it precisely when Mikecf2 was creating a new Discord user, for sure he planned this thing and he deleted the account and just after he created the new Discord user, is the only way. I just tried it on discord.com/login and I delayed 40 seconds, writing fast, to create a new Discord user, so writing normal is 60 seconds minimum, a normal user would delay between 60 and 90 seconds to create the new Discord user, and first you need close the game, open the Discord app and press on "Register", if is already logged out, if he had already deleted the old Discord user (he said >>here<< that he deleted it after the deletion of the account, but let's calculate it like if already was deleted), it would be another 20 seconds. The account got deleted only between 108 and 118 seconds before the creation of the new Discord user, only to reload the game is between 30 and 40 seconds if is a fast device like some of the last iPhone or Samsung, so 30 seconds as minimum to reload the account, 20 seconds to close the game, open Discord and join the registration screen and 60 seconds as minimum to register a new Discord user is more than the 108-118 seconds, would be 140 seconds or more. Only calculating the time is very clear that the only way to get it in time is that Mikecf2 planned do both things at same time, Mikecf2 planned first delete the account and immediately create the new Discord user to start his scam. But he said that the first thing he did is delete the old Discord, as you can check in >>this pic<<, which he said in >>this post<<, he not said that he created a new Discord user only 2 minutes after, he never talked about it, because he thought was not possible check the minute when got created, if he created the new Discord user like 10 hours later would not be a proof that he did it, as he can say that he deleted the Discord user after he decided not sell the account and continue playing, we can't check the time that he deleted it, so could be an option, and he can say that later he noticed that the account got deleted and he created a new Discord user, then would be a valid explanation, but this is not what happened, the real thing is that he created the new Discord user only 2 minutes aftet the deletion of the account, so he is a bad scammer LOL The first thing that would do a normal person is probably check it not got disconnected on Game Center or Google Play or try relink the account with EA Connect, these actions would delay more than 2 minutes, or after it would not be enough time to create a new Discord user in less than 2 minutes. For sure no one would delete the old Discord and create a new one, and the first thing that would do a normal person is contact me to let me know that it happened, and for sure the most normal thing would be think that a previous owner is who deleted the account, not me, he never said that option, that maybe Suds or another previous owner deleted it, he directly accused me with no proof, when I was a seller with 170 positive feedbacks in this moment and 0 negative and I helped him to buy another 2 accounts on October 2023 and August 2024 and he never had problems with these accounts, he later sold both himself, I tried help him to sell them but he sold them himself, so during 2 years he has been playing my accounts with no problem, he checked himself that I have a safe method and all was correct, he also has been playing in my own guild during more than 1 month, so the first thing that would do a normal person is contact me, but the only time I received some message from him, with his new Discord user, is when he created a group with the other guy, once published the negative feedback, to request a double refund, trying scam me. This is not the first time that an account got deleted, it happened like 10 times, as in this game never is 100% sure that is safe, there are accounts that had 4 or 5 previous owners and they not did correctly the unlink and they think that deleting the account will only delete the access on that device, they not wanted delete the access of the new owner, simply they didn't know it, or they linked it in several devices or mails and I can't detect it, and they wanted start a new account there or link a new one and deleted it without bad intentions. To prevent the buyers lose money, in accounts I own I offer an insurance forever, if something happens they get another account as good or better, or a refund, most of times has been an account better, so they got happy with it and they not had problems again. Always that a deletion happened, the first thing that the player did is contact me. When we had the problem with the other guy, the first thing he did is contact me, but this time he not did it, when the problem was much more worse, was not an additional access, was a deletion directly, so the normal thing would be contact to me first of all, would not be normal immediately delete the old Discord and immediately create a new one in less than 120 seconds LOL so for sure was a scam that Mikecf2 planned, this is a scam, and he must be banned because of it, and not only him, also TheSuds15 and Sorvi because they participated in the same scam. Next is the scam he tried against me, he wanted get a 800 USD refund, when the account only had 600 USD value and is the amount he paid, he got an extra value, but 600 USD was including my fee, subtracting my fee was less value, at that moment was published at 700 USD, my fee is 100 USD in this case, so was 600 USD the amount I was going to send, which after the PayPal fee (5%) was 570 USD as net profit, but I was going to send it as friend, no fee, so he was going to get an extra money than if got sold while it was for sale, he was going to get 570 USD, but he wanted a 800 USD refund with no reason, only to take advantage of it and scam me. And after it appers the part that he says is going to delete the account. 2) Mikecf2's account got deleted by his wife or himself on 16 September 2025. Proof: You can see that this account got inactive since 16 September 2025, and got a random name, it happens when is deleted. In his swgoh.gg profile is possible check he was active playing it and on 16 September 2025 got inactive. 3) Mikecf2 reported it on 09 October 2025, so delayed 28 days to report it, an entire month. No one does it, someone who got deleted an account would report it immediately, not 1 month later, which confirms that he has been thinking about this scam since long time ago or maybe 1 month later he thought is possible recover the money that he lost because of his wife by this way, with a fake report. If was not him or his wife who deleted the account, he should have reported it earlier, should not be valid report it 1 month later. 4) Mikecf2 deleted his Discord user, as you can see in the first video, and he created a new one recently to talk us again and start this scam. No one deletes an account once the account is deleted, the first thing would do someone who is not scammer is contact me, but I not received messages about him saying the account got deleted, he not even said a message saying that maybe Suds is who did it or some previous owner, he said directly that I am who did it, so delete the Discord user and say directly that I did it without contact me is another very good proof that he or his wife is who did it, he has been thinking about how to scam me, requesting a refund about an account deleted by him or his wife. 5) Suds had nothing to do with this case, he not deleted the account or very low chance that he did. We have a pending refund which will be solved in next days because a problem with the account, the problem was that I confused the account with another one, as had a similar name that another account I had for sale and also was inactive, as I not play accounts I own, so was very easy the confusion, a simple human error, nothing special, nothing strange. When he got back after almost 1 year after, he wanted sell it as was not playing it, so I had pending pay him the money, nothing very bad. On that moment I not had the money, as I need pay several things and was not expecting this problems, needed travel from Argentina to Colombia with my girlfriend, we where for 3 months to expedite my #, as my first visa request on Colombia failed and not had time to expedite it there, once I arrived needed expedite another visa request and wait to be solved the situation, as I was hoarding money for another travel if was needed, I told him the situation and he accepted it, was patient waiting the money, on 10th October I got the visa, only 3 days before the negative feedback, when 2 days before the negative feedback I told him that I needed use all money because the cost of the visa and the ID, plus another problem I had with a scammer on PayPal, I lost 365 USD there, is easy to proof, so this problem did I not had money to send at least a first part with 75% of the money and later the other 25%, needed some more time to hoard the money. He would have the money or a good part already if he not published this thing, but since then he is ignoring me on Discord and is not open to solve it, and all of this happened because @Mikecf2 told him that I deleted the account, when is clear he did it, and he believes is true, when is fake. So now most of this feedback is fake and must be removed, as is saying fake things like I deleted the account, and he is not replying my messages on Discord so is not my problem if he is not contributing, is hard solve this thing when this guy is not open to talk with me directly, we can't solve it until then. Meanwhile the best is remove also his feedback, as has a lot of fake things, and it will force him to talk with me to solve it. Ping us up when you finally decide to speak about SCAM YOU DID all the community saw what you did : sold an account to Buyer 1 , kept an access to it and then sold it again to Buyer 2 when Buyer 1 stopped playing on that game account. This is one and only reason why we are all here . You could speak all that time only about account deleting and create your stupid theories about it . BUT THE FACT IS - deleting an account is just a result of your SCAM and it doesn't change anything. You are the only one who could get any impact from account deleting cuz it would let to you to cover your tricks and in your scam multiverse you could expect that it would let you to avoid payment to one of the victims . Both guys invested thousands of dollars to account development and non of them were interested to burn out smth what they built on their own money So your walls of useless and full of lie text wont help you to hide a real crime you did you are scammer with 0 (ZERO) empathy to victims, but still have a chance to settle part of problems and return money to both guys till the November 1st . Sorvi is 100% correct. You are purposely avoiding the real issue which is you criminally reselling accounts after keeping track and control of them after your sales. As you have already felt some heat from your actions on several platforms that I have seen I want to reiterate what we are asking for and let you know a little bit about what’s going to happen if you don’t do the right thing. Suds and I are both asking to be refunded by you $600 each no later than 11/1/2025. We don’t want to argue or see your walls of text just if you are or aren’t going to do this. If you do the right thing we will both update the feedback that you made good and resolved this with us and we will be completely done with this and move on. If you choose not to a few things happen: 1. playerup Admin told me that you need to resolve this with both of us or the feedback remains. I will let them know you aren’t trying to resolve this. 2. As you can see people are talking about this and other scams you are perpetrating, on other platforms. Although you hid under the friends and family system they still took a fee. This is going to end up with a ban for sure. Since you are committing fraud internationally I will get the FBI involved. Like I said before, I planned on just going away and never gaming again. PlayerUp should not support business from Russians, as they are harming this market, they avoid your methods, you not get money with them, 100 USD yearly because of the Pro Seller Membership not worth it, as they are harming rest of sellers, Russians should not be allowed to sell here until they are legal again, you can't send him the money by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, because Russia is internationally blocked by all world, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and all SWIFT system is blocked on Russia, so you should not do business with them because they are avoiding your methods. The way he is doing (I confirmed it by Discord) is receive cryptocurrency or receive in the PayPal of some friend who is helping him, which should be illegal. He is only doing outsite sales. Is not legal help Russians to send the money. His friend, who lives outsite of Russia, receive the payment from the buyer and converts it to cryptocurrency, like USDT or Bitcoin, to send him the money. The friend sends the part to the owner of the account, sends the rest to him by cryptocurrency. So basically he is abusing about the penalties against Russia, avoiding the penalties, expl0iting the method as always. Instead of generate money for you, he is someone who tries harm other sellers, like this case, where a guy sent me a fake feedback, saying that I deleted the account, when I demonstrated he did it, is one of the most clear cases of the history, as he said a lot of times he would delete the account, check my videos, and the previous owner sent the same fake thing, so both feedbacks must be removed and Sorvi must be banned because of contribute in a fake thing, he had a lot of warnings already from Hulk and other admins and moderators, Hulk said that next time he would be banned, so it's time to get him banned, you can check in my report all things he is still doing, including the fact that he is not using PlayerUp anymore as payment platform and the fact that money transfers with Russian is illegal nowadays, you can have legal problems if someone report you are doing business with Russians, helping them receive money.
