Why Should The Feedback Be Removed Hello Hulk I am contacting you regarding the recent negative feedbacks on my account. These transactions were placed based on outdated pricing before I had the chance to update my listings to reflect the current market rate. Once I noticed the issue, I promptly informed the buyers that the pricing had been adjusted to the correct and fair value, and offered the option to proceed under the new price or cancel. Unfortunately, they chose to cancel, which led to automatic negative feedback. These cancellations were not due to failure to deliver or bad service, but simply a mismatch between the old listed price and the updated market price. I respectfully request that these feedbacks be reviewed and removed, as they do not accurately represent my service quality or reliability as a seller. Thank you for your consideration and assistance. Best regards, Store 6. Provide All Chat Logs, Screenshots and Additional Information Below
1 thread per dispute. Not sure why you included 2 users to disputes thread. As for @Drj3f This feedback dispute section is for non genuine, fake or already resolved disputes but no indications this happened. As you did business offsite instead of onsite we won't be able to protect you as a seller or defend you from feedback disputes. You will need to contact the buyers directly to get these issues resolved.
