As previously discussed and agreed upon by you yourself, if any disputes happen related to your account we won't be able to protect or assist you with these feedback disputes. You stated all sales will happen onsite moving forward yet they continue to have engagement with you offsite. This is due to you leaving offsite contacts which you stated you would not do but continue to keep on your threads. Furthermore, you need to report these issues within 30 days from the time that occur, not months afterwards. As a result, we are unable to assist you with this. Your only method to move forward is resolve these issues with these individuals. We will also try to reach out to them by their alternative contacts and let them know you're disputing these now.
