The scheme this guy uses is that he runs a scam, and before payment, he changes his username on Telegram. Then he acts like he doesn’t understand what the problem is and claims that the buyer supposedly sent the money to an impersonator. This is not true, he changed his username. I will show proof below. SocialAuctions We no longer dispute feedback transactions in which: 1. The user lists a telegram username in their ad & to contact them offsite. 2. The buyer disputes the transaction was done on telegram. As telegram messages can easily be deleted, it makes it impossible to support your account. Furthermore, you have various other problems with your account including - Failing to deliver middleman orders - Listing items for sale you cannot deliver - Numerous complaints against you My recommendation for you to fix this: 1. Talk to these users complaining, resolve them. If you can show you put a strong effort to resolve them, then we can reconsider removing the feedback. 2. Stop listing items for sale you cannot deliver. We disabled all your ads. Don't list anymore items on PlayerUp if you cannot deliver them. 3. Remove your telegram contact. It's clear some bad business is being done offsite. Remove it otherwise these cases with users will continue to build on your account. Make the necessary changes to change the way you're conducting business on PlayerUp and these problems will no longer occur. The feedback removal request has been denied.
