No, the order was not fulfilled. After many weeks of waiting. Delivering 2-3h per day is not what I bought, it would take 2-3 years to make 4000h. The description clearly states 1-72H and not 2-3 years.
i was told you that 3 days watchtime method is blocked then we change watchtime method will will boost your watch time after a week then youtube did not caught us because your video look like old thats why we take too much time but you didnt listen us you cancel manager access and waste our effort and money
