How do I edit/delete a thread?

    Hello. I am new to your site, but I hope for long-term cooperation. I have 2 questions:
    1. How can I edit or delete my topic?
    2. Why is there a "high risk" sign next to my name? I am ready to go through any verification and confirm my honesty.
    p.s. Sorry for my possibly bad English. This is not my native language and I use a translator. Thank you
