    I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to address an issue I’ve been encountering on your platform. Every time I create an account, it gets banned shortly after, without any clear reason provided.

    I’ve always ensured that I adhere to your platform’s rules and guidelines. This has been quite frustrating, as I genuinely value PlayerUp’s services and would like to continue using them without further interruptions.

    I kindly request that you review my current account, Rating Eagle, which I am using to submit this ticket. Please allow me to retain this account, as I am committed to following all of PlayerUp’s policies.
