Hi everyone, I have a pair of solo2 headphones that I've had for around 10 months and is coming to the end of its 1 year warranty with apple. Was just wondering what sort of steps i could take to get the beats replaced. I've already tried on chat by saying that the right side of the headphone doesn't output sound but they sent me straight to repairs. Is there any way to get it replaced straight away?
