Hey all, Dont know where to put it but I guess its sorta se'd. I have siberia 150s that broke and contacted them legitimately to try and get some online credits, they told me to ship it in which I was going to do. Thing is I waited 2 weeks because I have been super busy and told them a bs story about how I misshiped it to get an extension but instead they gave me the promo code for $60. Would I be denied and will it be considered fraudulent if I were to used it if I they did not receive the real broken headset? If they deem its fraudulent will I have a shot to send it in via a new rma case? Thanks
