what im worried is if i use again you will not pay me so give me explanation for money to be hold 2-3 years you cut high amount of fees compare to other platform and you dont even pay me
You're fully aware of the delays with that 1 single old cashout and that issue is still PENDING and we are currently in arbitration phase 1 dealing with recovering the losses of that which once we're fully paid you'll receive funds for that cashout. After that happened, any and all other payouts were processed as well as past ones. However you had multiple transactions after this for which you cancelled and we repeatedly asked you to stop doing this yet you continued. At this point nothing is clearly going to change with your account as we have given you time to adjust already, many chances, and yet nothing changed for over 18 months.

We don't use twitter anymore and Facebook keeps constantly blocking us from sending messages to customers there which is why it's been impossible to maintain support there. Best to use discord or telegram which has no limitations if you need to reach a chat agent offsite.
