Did you try to contact @Brainstorm79 here first to check if they really are the person talking to you in discord?

 

Did you check the link i sent to your profile? It might be the same case for you here.

 

i did check, and i messaged brainstorm themselves here but no answer. i also tried contacting the emails i got from them.

 

But that did not make you suspicious at all? I mean you are talking to them on Discord but is not answering here in PlayerUp.

 

Did they added you on Discord or you were the one who added him?

 

they've added me. i know it's a fake brainstorm, but i realized it too late. now i gotta wait to see if steam co-operates.

 

update: i recovered the account with the help of valve, this thread can be closed.
