The seller is inactive and never delivered or spoke to me so i tried to cancel the order but the bot is waiting for the seller (who is inactive) to confirm the cancellation. Playerup has my money and I don't want to charge back as I plan to continue using this site. I would like a refund and for that order to be cancelled.
