Resolved Made up feedback by a random user who joined a few days ago with no trade history on PlayerUp

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed


    The user contacted us about a product that we no longer sell on PlayerUp [Image-1]. Since the PlayerUp support team is not aware of the updated details of the product, we asked him to contact our Whatsapp support team for more details.

    We only sent him ONE MESSAGE asking him to contact our WhatsApp team for more details for his questions [Image-2]. As it can be seen in the image;
    • WE DID NOT ASK HIM TO PURCHASE ANYWHERE
    • WE DID NOT PROVIDE HIM ANY PURCHASE LINK
    • We do not force our customers to choose any payment method. The customers choose the payment method based on their convenience, and WE DID NOT FORCE ANY TRADE ON HIM

    A few people in the past have tried to scam us through PayPal by trying to obtain double-refunds through PayPal disputes and hence we do not sell these products without doing background check on the customers. This user also made very similar requirements as those people, hence we asked him to contact our team for more details.

    This feedback is entirely fake and every single claim is flawed. The user literally joined PlayerUp last Friday, contacted us, received ONE response from us and left a fake feedback. [Image-3]

    No trade occurred anywhere, no communication occurred anywhere, no attempts of payment occurred anywhere.

    [2] Entire conversation where we sent 1 message asking him to contact our Whatsapp team for updated details of his custom requirement. No purchase link was shared or an attempt to trade outside was made

    [3] Buyer joined on Friday, contacted us on same day and he left a feedback yesterday for a trade that never happened and accusing us for a conversation that never took place
