https://www.playerup.com/trade/feedback/seller-did-not-provide-an-account.340643/view I got a negative feedback from a guy who is a very bad person, as I was building for him a hoard account in the game "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes", I have around 10 people who reserved an account and I'm building accounts for them, as were accounts with already 1 or 2 rounds of hoarding completed, they already paid some money for that reservation. This is an activity that I have been doing here in PlayerUp in the last 2 years, I sold around 200 accounts like this, tens of them with a PlayerUp Middleman as payment method, and this is the first time that I get a negative feedback, which is very unfair, I would like remove it. The guy who sent the negative feedback reserved 1 round (3 months of hoarding), which was already completed, and wanted a second round to get more resources, which was on process. I sent a general message to all these people who reserved an account to let them know that the building will delay 15 extra days, as I had health problems because the lack of physical activity that generated the pandemic, as was not possible go to the gym, I have been having energy problems since the beginning of the year. Fortunatelly in March have started to be possible go back to the gym and I started to recover my health, but the first days has been hard because I needed get the rhythm again, I had a lot of pain in the muscles in the first weeks, so is not a problem which is solved immediately after go back to the gym, is solved several weeks after. I continued building the accounts during that process, but at half performance, I tried continue at 100% as in the last 2 years where I built and sold 200 accounts, but was not possible, the coronavirus pandemic did a lot of damage to my physical status due the lack of activity. Everyone understood the situation, I only got positive messages cheering me up and stay healthy, except this guy, @99Longjohn99 who is the worst person I ever saw on Internet, as you will check and will agree after read the Discord conversation. Everyone understood that I'm a person who can have some health problem which delays the building of the accounts, as is needed 3 months with 5 hours of daily effort to finish the hoard accounts, I not have the help of other persons in the building of these accounts who can replace me, so is a normal thing. This is the general info message that I sent to all people who reserved an account: The guy wanted the refund, opened a PayPal dispute and I sent him back the money: So at the end this negative feedback is only because this guy got a 15 days delay in the building of an account that delays 6 month of building for 2 rounds, and he wanted the money back because for him 6 months and 15 days is too much LOL is a ridiculous situation, he not deserve stay forever in my feedbacks, I think all administrators and moderators in PlayerUp are enough intelligent and good persons to understand that I can have a health problem and delay a little the building. I do a lot of effort in this game and this site to build these accounts with a everyday effort, 5 hours per day, which is stressful sometimes, but I did it during the last 2 years with almost any delay, 200 people enjoyed these accounts and are happy with it, I'm one of the persons who generated more money for this game, as these 200 people invest money in the game, minimum 100 USD per player, the average probably is around 200, so maybe I helped to generate around 40.000 USD for the Galaxy of Heroes game in last 2 years only thanks to the hoard accounts (without take into account the normal accounts I helped to sell which would add some more thousands) so for sure I'm in the top of the persons who generate more money for this game, which means is also a lot of money for PlayerUp when they use Middleman in the payment process, so I not deserve a negative feedback only because of 15 days of delay, if the PlayerUp admins think that I deserve it and not remove this unfair feedback will be very disappointing. The following screenshot demonstrates how bad is this guy: Here everyone can read that this guy is a nonsense, is saying that I should had tell the health problems when I had them, but an energy problem is not a cold or an injury, is a problem that reduces the performance, so during March I continued doing the activity, but at half performance, because of it the 15 days delay. All other persons understood the situation, and at the end my health problems has been more than 15 days, at the end the delay will be almost 2 months as I had some additional health problems, like a cold and a trapezium problem, plus the same energy problems because of the muscle building and the recovery, but now in June is when I got the same physical status than before the pandemic, I got a good rhythm again in the gym, I lost the 15 kg (33 pounds) that I got during the pandemic, now I'm lifting the same weight or a little more than before the pandemic and right now I feel good again to go back 100% to the activity, to continue building hoard accounts and helping people to sell their normal accounts. But this guy not got angry right now that I have a 2 months delay, he got angry when only was 15 days, which demonstrates is a very bad person, as everyone should understand a situation like this, 2 weeks in a 3 months building is a very low delay, and if this delay is because a health problem I would understand if it happens to me and someone tells me that my product will be delivered in 3,5 months instead of 3, as all other 9 customers understood. Unfortunatelly this guy not understood anything, or probably understood everything but simply is a bad person who not cares about the health of other people and only thinks in himself, but I hope that the administrators and moderators who manage the feedback removals understand it and delete this unfair negative feedback. Well I was hopping that some PlayerUp administrator or moderator understand the situation and removes it, as if it depends of the user logically he will not remove it, is a lost case LOL
