    We appreciate a healthy competition in the business and always support our competitors in any way possible, but some people use unethical ways to go ahead of their competitors and to put them down. Once such member is @ExpertTuna, who has been trying multiple tactics to put us down and to make us suffer business loss. He has reached us for support and help before and we provided him all assistance we could in our own ways, but lately probably because of his PlayerUp services are not working as they used to, he has started targeting us with his agenda of "If I cannot win, I will drag everyone along with".


    This is a timeline of what has happened-

    1) He started copying our sale threads word for word (probably because he was not getting enough sales on his own or some other reasons). When we noticed this, we reported it for copyright claims and gave a REASON for the reporting for ONLY those copied threads. Few days later he got frustrated and reported ALL of our posts WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON. We immediately reported this to Middleman about the entire incident. Admin released a warning to against it [Image-1].


    2) When stealing our sales method did not work, he got frustrated and used his second VIP seller account @SMMClerks to purchase Net-Flix from our website. He does not sell that product (or any similar products) on PlayerUp or his own website, so we suspected something strange but still continued his order. We gave him an account from the same batch as everyone else, but he came back with an issue of password changed immediately within a few days. We replaced him and yet he kept coming back with the same thing and said our accounts were not working and were getting locked in a few days (even though he was the only customer who was having issue with that batch almost every second day). We gave him countless replacements everytime he asked. The accounts comes with a private email (randomly generated) so we had no proof that he was changing the password himself, so we asked him not to order from us anymore. He said our services were trash (even though he was getting his replacements) and agreed not to purchase from us again. Yet he made another order from us but we cancelled it. When we stopped accepting orders from him HE MADE DIFFERENT RANDOM PROFILES to make the purchase and started doing the same thing. We traced all profiles back to him and asked him not to do the same thing again. We suspected he was changing passwords on his own to gain multiple replacements and since Net-Flix has many security issues, we could not prove it. We refunded him and he left us a negative feedback (apparently he wanted free replacements and also trash our reviews). We responded to his feedback exposing his tactics and then he even tried to copy our feedback. AFTER THE REFUND WE BOTH AGREED NEVER TO DO ANY BUSINESS AGAIN as we did not trust him, we even raised this issue to the Middleman [Image-2].


    3) Now again he came back and tried to purchase our services using more FAKE RANDOM PROFILES (because we blocked his original profile) from our website. Just like before, he would make a purchase and then come back reporting issues. He bought one of our most sold service Spotify and came back with issues in almost every account. As we have more control over Spotify accounts, we were finally able to track that he was MAKING FALSE CLAIMS. He kept sending us accounts and asked for replacements and when we checked the accounts ALL OF THOSE ACCOUNTS WERE WORKING [Image-3]. Even with our YouTube services, he was having issues, but his accounts were either working or he locked the account using a 2-way authentication so we couldn't check it ourselves. We tried to report the issue to him and warned him again. If any of his account faced a genuine issue, we fixed it or provided a replacement, but he continuously tried to get FREE REPLACEMENTS for accounts which were already working along with the other replacements. Now after using his accounts for a few months, he has fraudulently charged back $60 for after stating issues with a few accounts worth of $19 (EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER DENIED SUPPORT FOR THOSE ACCOUNTS) [Image-4]. So this time he tried to claim both free replacements and then tried to fraud us by charging back on PayPal.


    WE ARE SINCERELY TIRED OF THIS MAN! WE DO NOT EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH HIM! Every time he exploit us, we ban him and close the case and both of us reach a mutual agreement of never to deal with each other again. BUT HE KEEPS COMING BACK USING FAKE PROFILES TO MAKE MORE PURCHASES! WE CANNOT GET RID OF HIM!



    The point of opening this dispute is-


    1) We accuse him of exploiting us BY GETTING FREE REPLACEMENTS (we have proof) and CLAIMING REFUND after using accounts for a sufficient period of time. Now he waited (or probably caused) for issues with a few accounts and immediately issued a chargeback of $60 for accounts worth $19. This way he wants to keep the rest of the accounts and claim his money after he probably created problems with a few accounts on his own (just like the past). Even after everything we have provided him all support he needs, but doing a chargeback like this for even the working accounts is totally unethical and fraudulent. WE HAVE TRIED TO BLOCK HIM TO PROTECT OURSELVES but he keeps coming back like a pest.



    2) He accuses us that our services do not work and that he will never do business with us again so we should refund him. And soon as he gets his refund and exploit us for free replacements HE KEEPS COMING BACK! If he thinks our services are trash and do not work WHY IS HE TRYING SO HARD TO PURCHASE MORE AND MORE FROM US (even going to a length of creating fake profiles after he got banned)? Why is he wasting his time and risking his money OVER AND OVER if he thinks our services do not work?


    He is just trying to exploit us for free replacements and to use unethical ways to tamper with the accounts, so he can ruin our reputation. He is one of the biggest fraud we have ever dealt with and the worst part is WE CANNOT GET RID OF HIM! We want him gone from our website and to stop exploiting us anymore using multiple profiles and ALSO WARN OTHER BUYERS/SELLERS TO BE WARY OF HIM.

    Hello,

    this seller is a one big scammer who not provide as described services, all accounts after some time stopped working and subscription expired but i clearly paid for one year subscription, he keep sending me replacement accounts what again not working after some time, i am done with this dirty scammer refund my money never will use his services again...

    i lost a few times money from my clients because of his poor services

    3 Hulu accounts not working anymore and never got replacement he keep telling me will receive new today and again nothing

    Spotify one year subscription not premium anymore but i paid for one year now account is on free

    NordVPN keeps logging me out and I can't log back into the account...

    He told me 3 days ago that will send replacement and nothing, he keep delaying and lying about all things but he is fast when need to remove negative feedbacks from his profile because of his poor work

    He is only strong with typing fake words here without any valid proof to not show his dirty job

    test his poor accounts and fake followers from each category and see after one week how many problems you will occur with them...

    We think you have a problem in reading and understanding English. Let us say this again-


    1) If you know our services are not working WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE MULTIPLE PROFILES TO PURCHASE FROM US (especially after you yourself agreed MULTIPLE TIMES before that you will never purchase from us)? You have used MULTIPLE PROFILES and purchased from us on MULTIPLE occasions. Everytime you do the same to tamper with the accounts (according to us) or probably according to you our services do not work. It seems like you are on a vendetta against us.

    The first time you did it, we ignored you. Second time as well we endured you. But this is getting ridiculous. Either you are stupid that you are trying to purchase from us even if you know our services do not work (according to you) or you are trying to be "too smart" to keep coming back with MULTIPLE PROFILES to exploit us using the same method (according to us).



    2) HALF OF IMAGES WHAT YOU SENT ABOVE ARE PAST ISSUES WHICH WERE ALREADY RESOLVED (WHY DON'T YOU SHOW THE FULL CONVERSATION?) [Image-1]

    The rest of the 2 images are recently 3 days ago. You have been purchasing from us using multiple fake profiles on multiple occasions so YOU KNOW ON FRIDAY WE ARE ONLY ONLINE FOR HALF DAY AND SATURDAY FULLY OFFLINE (Also mentioned in our TOS). On Sunday we did not proceed because you had fraudulently charged back against us.



    3) WE NEVER DENIED YOU OF ANY REPLACEMENT OR SUPPORT EVER. It takes time to respond and especially when you have wasted our time before by sending the same accounts over and over asking for replacements which were already working [Image-2]. Now we send all your accounts to our security team and they verify it BEFORE releasing you a replacement SO YOU CANNOT SCAM US ANYMORE and we already told you about this [Image-3].


    4) You again did not read the dispute against you. You are claiming to be having problems with accounts which are worth total $19 but opened a dispute for $60. How is that relevant? Or is it that you are weak in both English and Math?

    @Support @Help As a Buyer oriented platform, PayPal never gives a chance for a digital Seller to defend themselves. This is the privilege Mr. ExpertScammer has used on multiple occasions to exploit us. This is why we opened this dispute ON PLAYERUP so everyone can see what is going on.

    @Support @Help Mr. ExpertScammer thought, just like the past times, he would exploit us on PayPal and we will be a victim but this time we have proof we have shown. WE OPENED THIS DISPUTE TO RAISE QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS CREDIBILITY, why hasn't he responded to ONE SINGLE ALLEGATIONS against him? If he is so "genuine", why does he not have a SINGLE ANSWER for numerous allegations we have against him?




    We will state them again one last time AND DARE HIM TO ANSWER THESE -

    1) If we are a "scammer", why has he deliberately tried to purchase from us on multiple occasions? With every new profile, he makes the same claim "GIVE ME MY REFUND AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN" and soon as he gets his refund and we block his profile, he makes another fake profile and comes back again. WHY?​

    Purchase using a profile -> Ask for multiple replacements -> Ask for refund or threaten with PayPal chargeback -> Leaves a negative feedback and says will never buy from us again -> TRIES TO BUY AGAIN -> Gets blocked from our website -> MAKES ANOTHER PROFILE TO BUY AGAIN

    What does this repetitive cycle shows? Why is he doing the same thing countless times if we are a "scammer"?​

    2) If he is so "genuine" then WHY HAS HE ATTEMPTED TO CLAIM FOR REPLACEMENTS AGAINST ACCOUNTS WHICH WERE ALREADY WORKING? Even when he asked him TWICE to verify it on his own if the accounts were having an issue, HE CONFIRMED that accounts were facing a problem and he needed replacement but then WE BUSTED HIS FRAUDULENT METHOD OF CLAIMING FREE REPLACEMENETS because accounts were working fine.​

    3) Apart from the replacements he asked 3 days ago (Friday we only work half a day, Saturday we are off and on Sunday he opened a dispute) WHICH ACCOUNTS DID WE NOT PROVIDE OUR SUPPORT FOR? Which accounts needed replacements and we denied before?

    4) The accounts for which he is claiming a refund are only worth $19. WHAT IS HE CHARGING BACK $60 FOR? Both him and us have mentioned it already that he is claiming refund for "3 Hulu + Spotify + Nord " and this only totals $19 (even though we never denied replacements and he opened a chargeback to defraud us after our weekly off).​




    @ExpertTuna you will win your PayPal chargeback and get your money back whether you were scammed or whether you are a true scammer yourself, don't worry you win on PayPal at both cases. PayPal will never even give us a chance to speak.

    THIS DISPUTE IS TO EXPOSE YOUR FRAUDULENT METHOD TO EXPLOIT OTHER SELLERS. The dispute is opened to DEMAND ANSWERS FROM YOU for all your scamming methods. You can have your money but this dispute will not be closed UNTIL YOU ANSWER TO THE ALLEGATIONS MADE AGAINST YOU.

    i only use experttuna and my vip account here your lies about more profiles are not true but okay keep lying without any valid proof scammer...

    replacements accounts stopped working after 2 days...that is your working accounts lol

    he told one day that will deliver within 24hrs then not responding 2-3 days poor support...

    @ExpertTuna This entire dispute has been pointing towards your MULTIPLE attempts to purchase from our website after your incident on PlayerUp with your VIP account and you trying to obtain your fraudulent refund after deliberately messing with the accounts and then claiming "I will never buy from you again give me refund". A few days later you yourself tried to purchase from us again and then we blocked you. Then you made your purchase attempts again using other profiles MULTIPLE times to repeat the same thing. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE MULTIPLE PURCHASE ATTEMPTS IN OUR WEBSITE.

    About us having "no proof"-

    1) You have purchased from our website multiple times using multiple profiles.
    • We traced back all the IPs on your profiles (in our website) back to the IP addresses you use on Playerup
    • You admitted it your self on Whatsapp messages that you have made multiple profile after us banning you from buying
    • Even the images you have shown (as a proof against us) belongs to order from 2 different profiles
    2) You have tried to exploit us and defraud us by obtaining free replacements for accounts which were already working. We did not have proof before when you exploited us in your first order, but now we do and IT IS SHOWN ABOVE multiple times.

    3) You are claiming a chargeback of $60 for accounts worth only of $19 (you have said it yourself 3 Hulu + Spotify + Nord).

    4) ALL THE ACCONTS where you faced problem with before were eventually replaced. You have been exploiting us for 3 months and once in a while we take a little more time to respond but we eventually REPLACED all those accounts (we have proved above in response to your own images). There is not a single time when your account was not replaced.

    5) @Help @Support Recently we have also faced issues with receiving multiple negative feedbacks from RANDOM users on PlayerUp with newly made accounts and NO PURCHASE HISTORY. We contacted these users and got no response back and we dispute all these feedbacks using standard procedures. WE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED ABOUT FEEDBACKS and yet Mr ExpertScammer knows about it all. So now we can guess who has been behind it all. Thank you for bringing another issue we faced which was not even a part of the dispute and proving that you have been doing way more defrauding.



    So at the end, you still did not respond to a single allegation made against you and you keep dodging our questions and you keep calling us scammer when you did not provide a single proof against it. And for all the allegations against you and the proof along with, you never responded a single time.

    This dispute will remain open to the public until you have answered to all single allegations. You can fraudulently win your PayPal chargeback, but in PlayerUp you will be exposed and you need to respond to ALL the allegations. Until then this dispute will remain open for the world to see.

    In the name of "truth", Mr. ExpertScammer has provided 4 images: 2 of them were from old orders which were ALREADY RESOLVED on the next day (images of FULL conversation are shown above) and the rest of the 2 images were from 3 days ago of dispute (we told him that he would be replaced and he already knows that Friday we work only half a day and on Saturday we are off). And according to ExpertScammer that is all he has to say in this dispute that WE OPENED AGAINST HIM.

    Yet he has not provided ONE SINGLE reasonable response for the MULTIPLE allegations we have raised against him. He has tried to defraud us with a $60 chargeback against accounts worth of only $19 and he has done this multiple times using multiple fake profiles. He has also tried to defraud us for free replacements against accounts which were already working MANY TIMES (and this time we have a proof which we have shown).

    @Help @Support We all know that as a Buyer the PayPal chargeback would be in his favor because PayPal does not care about Sellers and they don't even give them a chance to speak. THIS PLAYERUP DISPUTE IS TO EXPOSE THIS FRAUD AND HIS SCAMMING TACTICS TO EXPLOIT OTHER SELLERS! He is just dodging all the allegations against him and not even responding to those BECAUSE HE HAS NOTHING TO SAY. @Help @Support If he has no explanation for a single allegation against him what does that suggest to you?
